What are the shipping costs?
We offer Free (2-6 Day) delivery by DHL, USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
We also have a Two Day Express delivery for $9.95
Where are you shipping from?
We ship our products from our warehouse located in Pennsylvania.
How long is delivery?
Free Standard delivery takes 2-6 business days.
The Express delivery takes two days.
My package says delivered, but I didn't receive it.
Sometimes (very rarely), tracking information might be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they arrive – oops!
If you do not receive your order in a couple of days, please email support@vibton.com with your order number and tracking information so we will assist you further! :)
Do you combine orders?
Our system automatically combines orders if placed on the same day and shipped to the same address.
Can my parcel be redirected to a different address?
Once your order ships, we cannot make any changes to the shipping address.
How do I track the delivery of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package’s journey to you. If you have an account with us, you can also access the tracking number for your order there once it becomes available.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards, including PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I combine discount codes on my order?
Unfortunately, coupon codes cannot be combined, nor can multiple codes be applied to a single order.

Can I change the shipping address?
Our handling process is speedy, so if you decide to change the shipping address after an order is placed, we have only a couple of hours to change it; we can only change your order if it has not yet entered the packing process.
Can I change the billing address?
Unfortunately, we cannot edit the billing address once an order has been placed.
Can I modify the order after I have placed it?
Unfortunately, we cannot modify orders after they have been placed. So sorry for any inconvenience!
Can I return the product?
Yes, we have a 30-day return/refund policy, so you can return the item by following the Returns page on our website, or you can email us at support@vibton.com
I need my refund to a different account.
Unfortunately, we can only issue a refund to the original point of purchase for the order.
How long it takes to receive the refund?
After the refund is processed, it usually takes 5-7 business days to reach your account.
